This seems like something malicious.

I tried to reproduce this, can't. Was that a specific note or did you go directly to his profile?

Also, off-topic but, if I paste his npub into search I see a lot of notes that mention him but not his recent notes or profile. I see Walker and others mentioning the npub but that's about it.

Yeah, their search algo seems to be off. My npub was also like that, recently. Don't know, if it still is.
