Recommendations above are awesome, very much like the steakhouse experience stateside.
There's also taiwanese black pepper steak to try. Taiwanese love steak with mushroom black pepper sauce served on a cast iron plate with a side of spaghetti (yeah weird right?) and egg with some french onion soup and bread on the side. It's actually night market food (save some sats!) that can be found in almost any food court too, some restaurants try to dress it up with better quality meats but won't be comparable to the fine dining experience, portions might not be as large as the other recommendations too🥳 here's a classic
