I just do weights, increasing daily by a little bit, oh, did I say weight-s? I meant weight, as in, lifting my growing baby. šŸ˜…šŸ¤£ In 9 weeks he went from 6lbs to almost 12lbs. I'm glad he started light cause I definitely did not have the arm strength to go straight for 12lbs šŸ˜¬šŸ˜…

I was just thinking about using babies as weights šŸ˜‚ I’m like, how will I workout as a mama

It was a lot easier to sit still for hours before I had a baby. Now he fusses, or gets hungry or just looks adorable, and all of those have me putting away my laptop or phone and turning to him and usually lifting him up. The fussing seem to sease when he's upright, so I put him down and then quickly need to lift him up again. šŸ˜¬šŸ˜…

Or going to the store, I usually hold him against my chest (would love to get a carrier so I don't need to use my arms, but the American sourced ones are expensive!!) Sometimes I hand him to my husband, or if we have a cart, I lay him where older babies sit for a bit šŸ¤£šŸ¤—
