Hardest part of the day is making this change 😂

Putting on real pants is the worst.
I don’t do that😂 even when I was working, I wore scrubs so I’m a sweatpants maxi
Hoka to uh
Too relatable

I just wanna couch day, but I know I’m gonna be so mad at myself if I don’t run
Off to work

Love the slippers. Hoka..we've spoke about before...I'm sure they're comfy
Have you even tried them?
I have not, have heard they're extremely comfortable 🤭Almost as comfy as my Nike Vomeros (which are intended for running and not fashion)

lol…..Kay
First they laugh at you...
Nike is like the worst for plantar fasciitis
Then they fight you...
Lol, just having fun. Not a fan of Hoka look, but wife has and loves a pair she got for Xmas (not from me, obv). She has same running shoes as me though, and is astounded at the level of cush in these running shoes. It's downright shocking when you first step in them..or, possibly, I've been out of the comfort shoe game too long
See that’s where you’re confused (probably because you have normal feet and have never had to see a podiatrist), for my plantar folks, you want the opposite of cushion. I have hard inserts in mine so my facia doesn’t stay cramped up
Of which, you can't be doing a great deal. They're spotless😬😂.
I just do weights, increasing daily by a little bit, oh, did I say weight-s? I meant weight, as in, lifting my growing baby. 😅🤣 In 9 weeks he went from 6lbs to almost 12lbs. I'm glad he started light cause I definitely did not have the arm strength to go straight for 12lbs 😬😅
Well done getting your run on!
I was just thinking about using babies as weights 😂 I’m like, how will I workout as a mama
It was a lot easier to sit still for hours before I had a baby. Now he fusses, or gets hungry or just looks adorable, and all of those have me putting away my laptop or phone and turning to him and usually lifting him up. The fussing seem to sease when he's upright, so I put him down and then quickly need to lift him up again. 😬😅
Or going to the store, I usually hold him against my chest (would love to get a carrier so I don't need to use my arms, but the American sourced ones are expensive!!) Sometimes I hand him to my husband, or if we have a cart, I lay him where older babies sit for a bit 🤣🤗
