The government can basically pressure these 3 companies into reconstructing your seed. Or they could be compromised in any other way.

If you are afraid of nation state attacks, you are the low hanging fruit by having a ledger and will probably NGMI.

Even if you don't opt-in, doesn't mean that they won't extract your seed. They certainly seem to habe this capability. They can come up with any excuse.
