- does a splendid job giving you the minimum effective doses to have a maximum health span

- gives sound training advice

- unfortunatly we should all do strengthwork AND Cardio AND HIIT. So there's something you dont like to do for everyone 😅

- interesting perspective from a medical practioneer, which for some folks might be the tristworthy source compared to fitness bro science 🤷‍♂️

- deals with the big killers heartdesease, cancer, stroke, diabetus, alzheimer & obesety
