This was happening with the Nostur client as well. It’s because iPhone doesn’t give us a way to choose our default app to handle Nostr links. iOS automatically uses the most recent app you installed to open them. The temporary solution would be to either uninstall Current, or uninstall and reinstall Damus so it’s your most recently installed Nostr client.
Or I could switch to a custom scheme for internal routing

It’s interesting as this is the first time it’s happened in nearly 4 months. I downloaded current at least a few weeks ago. Is it the type of tag or link?
Did they recently update? Handling of those links may have come in a recent update.

This is an odd question but did you quote the note by dmnyc or did you embed the note ID of that note in yours?

On Amethyst, I'm able to see the replies to your note under Daniel's original note as well. (So it looks like Will & corndelorian are replying to Daniel's note)
And on satellite.earth your note is shown as a reply but with "#note" instead of the note ID 🤷♀️ Wanted to check if I can replicate & report if there's an issue.
