I‘d like I use this tool to give a meaningful insight into my work as a full-time somatic bodyworker. To share about my experiences, things that are mirrored to me (… and things I can hardly tolerate).

Just to let you know: Behind this profile is a woman who has a hard time to come in terms with how little is done for us (wo)men to be able to thrive and to stand in our power and crystalline clarity - in a strong yet gentle and soft way. So, it is a great wish of mine to give those (wo)men a voice.

I am here to accompany you on your journey out of survival mode into creating and living a life where you are not afraid to feel deeply connected to everything. To reconnect to your body, your emotions, your feelings. To be able to lean in into the full range of our emotions is what makes us feel alive and free - even if it sometimes appears to you like a mess. When you are able to access this freedom within, you can radiate it out into the world and to your loved ones. It all starts with yourself.

Thus, this is a place where I give myself permission to express freely. And I am happy to read about your comments, thoughts and respectful criticism. This is the way we grow together as a collective. So show yourself!
