I'm done with coffee.

Beginning to feel mild pains in my chest after drinking is the last straw for me. Absolutely not going to fuck with that.

I've known it's unhealthy for a long time, but kept coping myself into doing it anyway. Addiction 101.

No more ☕️✌️

Blog post coming soon.

Coffee is the only thing I’ve ever had give me serious eye migraines. Not caffeine, just coffee. That stuff is dangerous.

It's ground-up plant toxin juice, plus glyphosate on top if you don't source extremely carefully.

It's poison. Period.

You’re a brave man 😂 That’s my last crutch

It's HARD bro. Legitimately tougher than any other thing I've given up.

You got it man 🫡 I tried a few times and the headaches were awful.

☕☕☕

I did dry coffee Jan last year. Hardest thing I have ever done. Felt like an addict going cold turkey. I lasted a month. I planned to stick to one cup a day. 4days later I was back up to 4-6cups 😂

Quitting coffee was one of the best things I ever did for myself.

What benefits did you experience?

After 1 month no coffee, woke up with more energy, more consistent energy levels throughout day, with no crash, better sleep, not dependent on a drug which feels nice, more consistent bowels

Extremely difficult habit to kick. Good luck and stick with it for awhile. It takes a long time to fully adjust.

The energy part means very little to me.

The hardest part by far is the habit. I feel like when I grab a cup, I click deeply into "lock-in mode".

8 years of conditioning and that runs deep.

You should NOT need a substance to reach this higher mental state.

I’ve become a mate 🧉 guy

Hot water with about 1/2 tsp of salt for a 12oz mug. My mom told me about it and its great! No coffee since July 2024 for me.

Matcha, green tea 🍵, black teas, so many options for caffeine

I like chocolate covered coffee beans

But if it's caffeine you want away from then good luck! 🌊

Curious how it goes. I am starting to realise that it might actually be really bad for me

good luck! bone broth is a good replacement. have you tried it?
