Black Seed Oil, at 60% linoleic acid, is 3x worse than canola oil.

Ghee is best of all worlds.

1. Very high oxidative point (smoke points are useless).

2. Lowest linoleic acid (grass fed).

3. Lasts 3-6 months WITHOUT refrigeration.

4. Tastes great to most palletes.

Check your DMs good sir. Reached out there

Prefer butter

I agree but it has a lower smoke

Point than ghee so toxic if fried

Love ghee. Really getting into tallow for cooking as well.

Feel much better since quitting Black Seed Oil.

I used it for years, believing the hype, but when I had my labs done, despite being lean and disrespecting seed oils, my linoleic acid levels were sky high.

Do not recommend blasting just because.

Do vibrant health labs test for linoleic acid? If so which test?
