Black Seed Oil is just designer linoleic acid. Suggest Vit K2, CoQ10, or Curcumin for similar action without the PUFA.

So not all seedoils are bad?

Short term BSO can be beneficial, but any prolonged use will build up linoleic acid in the body.

Curcumin, CoQ10, K2 is safer for anti inflammatory, antioxidant properties.

For antimicrobial effects, I'd probably start with lactoferrin.

tldr: they're all bad, even black seed oil.

Thanks for the explanation

😁

If you needed an antimicrobial that passed the BBB, like BSO, I'd probably opt for quercetin, curcumin, and rosemary extract.

Pair that with lactoferrin to include the GI tract into treatment.

You need to combine K2 with D3 for the K2 to fully blossom.

I cannot find CoQ10 that doesn't use seed oil for suspension

I like to take with cheese since it contains fat which increases absorption and CoQ10 works together with K2 on the mitochondria.
