My back pain has returned, I've struggled to sleep over the last couple nights, so life afk has been a battle. There's been a delay in delivery of my pain meds too, so I'm having to ration them. Thank goodness it's the weekend, so I'm not #parenting on my own. I'm still moving, but it's exhausting.

I've booked a hot tub session for tonight, as that usually helps. I'm sure I just need a bit of time to relax, get a good night's sleep, reset, and things will be good tomorrow.

Have you ever tried a quality magnesium glycinate? It helps with both sleep and muscle tightness. Most people are deficient in magnesium and your body relies on it for several functions.

No, I haven't. But I think I will look into getting some. We do have some Magnesium L-threonate for my Stepdaughter, so I may borrow some of that for tonight.

This one is good quality and is what I use. I take 600mg (3 capsules) every night typically. I highly recommend it. There’s different types of magnesium which serves different purposes.
