There's probably like one server open, if even that.
Most of my banks do routine server maintenance at night.
Bitcoin does routine maintenance every 10 minutes and has thousands of servers
More likely it is when the 'at risk' period is scheduled for, so maintenance can be done when nobody (except you 😁) is using it.

They often do maintenance work in the night; at least that's my experience with online banking.
