There is no “solid science”, it’s all garbage modelling and extrapolations. It’s Keynesianism, and Epidemiology, “climate science” is the exact same garbage - scientism put forth to justify government policy.

Climate is constantly changing, one only has to study paleoclimitalogy to understand that climate change is not man-made.

Climate change is caused by exogenous forces outside human beings and their behavior, there is nothing to prove that humans are changing the climate.

Humans could not even have survived in the Paleolithic era due to the composition of the atmosphere at that time.

Of course humans damage the ecosystem, but I assure you that the problem is not co2, co2 is harmless, even good, since the plant kingdom absorbs it into its structure with all the benefits that entails. And curiously the statists do not cite nor are they concerned about the bad things that humans really do, simply because everything is about social control and taxes.

Think about it, the big problem of hydrocarbons are carcinogenic substances, not CO2, but that does not matter, anyway, long live cancer, which is the great hidden pandemic, and down with CO2 and COVID.

I mostly agree with you.

But I will not take your assurances that co2 is harmless.

It is a scientific fact that it's a greenhouse gas, it traps heat.

What makes you say that it's harmless?

Don’t be obtuse. CO2 is a IR active gas. The more there is in the atmosphere the more heat is retained.

Millions of years ago there was a lot more in the atmosphere than there is now. The planet was basically a giant algae pond. It absorbed the CO2 and after a massive die off sunk and was buried. Time, pressure, and heat turned it into petroleum.

We are literally pulling that CO2 back out of the ground and putting it back into the atmosphere. This heats up the planet and impacts climate and weather patterns. There is no denying that, the only debate is what we do about it.

Don’t care. I have no interest in arguing about the price of tea in China. Must less promoting human tribalism enforcing dueling sides where people aren’t engaged in problem solving, only winning for their “side”.

The planet is getting hotter and that is going to have impacts. We are going to have to deal with that and so far we haven’t come up with a engineering solution to pull more CO2 out of the atmosphere and the powers that be only solution is to emit less which is only digging the hole slower, not filling it in.

Denying the problem exists or allowing the powerful to use it to promote a agenda doesn’t solve anything.

You can't change someones mind.

They have to do it themselves.

If it's a foundational belief, it's really hard to change.

It taps into our sense of belonging, psychological security and survival.

It's a fundamental cocktail.

😆 who told you that? CO2 is plant food. The more CO2, the faster plants grow. Dinosaur survived 6,000 ppm, 20X higher than it is today, explain that.

You fail to understand that we are not dinosaurs, lol.

The average temperature on earth is 14 degrees celcius.

Ast the time of the dinosaurs it was between 16 and 25.

You fail to realize the impact this rise will have on our way of life.

Ice ages can start by comet impacts and massive vulcanos.

There is no debate about it - global socialism. One world government for Klaus’ sustainable fourth Reich.

That cohort is the only one who thinks it’s a problem and the only one proposing “solutions”. If you think humans can change the climate - when even shit beyond earth’s atmosphere affects it - then you have one path to follow and that is Net Zero and being part of the carbon they want to reduce.

We know they’re nothing more than a Malthusian death cult because they refuse to embrace nuclear energy, there is no “Manhattan Project” or “Space Race” scale attempt to do something, they just want to make you eat bugs and live in pods and sterilise your children.

Sad that otherwise intelligent people continue to fall for it.
