I think I still have the top Irish Apple Pie recipe on Allrecipies.com. It’s my mom’s recipe, highly recommend checking it out. My kids grew up loving it whenever we’d make it.

This looks amazing.... What do I use for "shortening" ? .... Duck fat? Pork lard?
