I start with stretching my back (yoga style), then the usual pull-ups and push-ups, not many, just to warm up, and finally I do something with weights, either shadow boxing with 3 kg weights or just lifting 12,5 kg weights. The whole routine takes 30-40 minutes.

Yes, except on Saturdays and Sundays, because on Saturday is my sparring day š„ And on Sunday the day after Iām nearly dead and try to recover š
