I start with stretching my back (yoga style), then the usual pull-ups and push-ups, not many, just to warm up, and finally I do something with weights, either shadow boxing with 3 kg weights or just lifting 12,5 kg weights. The whole routine takes 30-40 minutes.

That is π₯! I think 30-40 minutes every weekday can be enough, and it can fit into anyone's day. Do you eat something before?
Do you also do some meditation as well? I am thinking of starting that as well to do in the mornings.

No, I just drink coffee and start exercising. Also, this back stretching thing is a sort of meditation, but I donβt do anything extra π€·π»ββοΈ
