Hey nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 - Some thoughts:

So I bought a Pro Account on Nostr.build thinking I'd be uploading and using a lot for hosting. However, I've noticed how difficult it is to actually make use of. There's so many steps between me and getting the media on Nostr.

• Go to nostr.build • login • go to folder • select and upload media • copy link • go back to nostr client • paste link...

However, I have uploading to nostr.build built directly into this post from iris, Damus, and other clients. So I have literally one step, making the account a much bigger hassle.

But the media i upload through posting is signed by my pubkey is it not? And I use my pubkey to login. And the media is already on nostr.build. Is there a way that you can automatically associate the media I upload through my clients as mine and add it to a main or default folder? Maybe one that I designate in the account?

This would make getting back to my own posts later super useful whenever I need it, while also not having to leave nostr to make use of my account privileges.

Just a thought. Would love for the paid service to be really valuable with as little as possible, and this would fix my most significant friction.

You are stealing my exact thoughts right now. I may need to hire some dev help, integrating accounts to the apps.. There are so many cool things we can do;

- uploads direct to user acct without file restrictions, switch between free and acct

- ability to delete and set delete timers

- image-notes (notes converted to images you can later delete)

- Creators page button: gifs, memes and videos from creators

- encrypted images

Something will be coming soon, but it is also dependent on the app creators. I can provide design or code, it is all sql databases, but up to them if it fits their platform model, etc.

But I am working on account integrations now..

Would also be great if nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 could install as a phone app from the browser like how LnBits does

I’ll look at exactly what Lnbits does, but I had a keyboard built that directly integrated, but apple required the keyboard app give a security warning that ‘the developer may be collecting your keystrokes’ which I didn’t want any part of..

Best way is to work with the apps, if not I’ll look into plan B..

Not sure if LNbits integration works on apple. It works for Android though.
