Personally, I only eat dinner around 4 pm .. I guess it's fasting but I've been doing this for years , because I work so early in the morning and skip lunch because I want to get off an hour early.

And it sits heavy on my throughout the day.

Fasting + OMAD

You forgot the bread…

That's for the winter

Sry mobile at the moment. Meant to say that the gazpacho with eggs and bread is more of a off-season thing or perhaps late evening. Also known as gazpacho Andaluz

I'm home now. These are the variations I know.

Gazpacho Casareno

Gazpacho Andluz

The latter is more liquid and widely prepared without bread. It's more of a cold tomato soup. At least in the area where I used to live. (images from google)

Bueno! Looks delicious

Simple things can be so good! πŸ˜‰

On days like today when its very hot I switch from 2 meals a day to 1 meal/day. Increases my personal energy level significantly for some reason

Great approach. I almost do the same. Something I've picked up during my years in Spain. Light breakfast, tapas and gazpacho for lunch and then a proper dinner when it gets cooler. So around 11 pm 😊

This is awesome. Shit. I want that now 🀀

At almost 2AM? Leave it for tomorrow πŸ˜†

I made that just last week - was yum.

Ever had "cold chili" also know as "cowboy caviar" - that is awesome too for hot days and no cooking.

Awesome!

I can't say I have. Is it just chili but you eat it cold or do you prepare that differently?

It’s pretty much that. All the chili ingredients minus the meat mix and marinate and eat. It surprisingly yummy.
