Instead of giving a discount for those paying with bitcoin, double the price for those paying in fiat.

πŸ˜‚ More tariffs!

Punishment 😎

200% TariffsπŸ’‘

Big brain move πŸ‘€πŸ‘Š

Call it the burden tax

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

This is the way.

That’s exactly what I would like to see

my wife’s launching her oil painting website soon. she was originally gonna offer 5% off for btc payments, but i talked her into bumping it to 15%. doubling the price is a bit much imo, but something in the range of 10–20% still feels like a very encouraging deal.

Nice πŸ”₯

If someone starts writing a paper check, price immediately doubles. Fair is fair. πŸ˜†

The fiat fee

Realistically they should lower price by a couple percent when not paying with credit card πŸ€”

Lightning: 0% fee

Base chain Bitcoin: 🀷

Fiat cash: 5% fee to pay for fees and time to convert to Bitcoin

Fiat credit: 10% to cover Fiat conversion and credit card fees

Yeah, ideally this! Realistically the 3 percent credit upcharge removed, plus a small amount back for greed (I guess), so somewhere above 2%. No stupid rewards needed tyvm

Isn't that happening on it's own?

Slowly but surely, lol. I say, shove it in their faces though. Make it even more painful to pay in fiat than to pay in sats.

Fair.

Yes please!

At the very least, don't charge the same. Share your payment processing savings with your customers - so that it's not more financially rational for your customers to just use a credit card. I'm looking at you, #SteakNShake.
