This seems exceptionally bizarre. Im sorry thats the experience that you've had.

I don’t think it was intentional. It’s just their systems are setup to only have a single parent as contact or primary contact and then the office staff just kept making assumptions and reverting it to “mom”. They always apologized and fixed it but it kept happening over and over.
