Compound lifts like squat and deadlift can do a lot to build your core which is not just your abs. When engaging them push out like you’re trying to expand the band on your shorts instead of contracting in your abs. It’s awkward and will take practice at low weight at first. This will also better protect your core and has the added benefit of decompressing your back during a deadlift particularly with a trap bar.

will try it with Squats, not too heavy weight.
„Push out“ you mean, as if I push my belly out? Getting air into my body - kind of?
Yeah kind of - tightening core by pushing out/expanding in all directions (not just belly) including your back rather than contracting. Again like you’re trying to expand the waist band on your shorts in all directions. You can start by getting air into your body but you’re eventually going to want to maintain that expanded core position while breathing in and out throughout the lift.
