I hate it when that happens. I usually end up getting out of bed and staying up as long as possible to shock my system or something.

Me too π―. I thought about staying up all night but I might just sleep till 6 so I can function later, but also Iβll be tired enough to sleep early ππ«π
Yeah, that's my other option. I read Why We Sleep a long time ago, and the author talks about how time in bed matters whether you actually sleep or not. So sometimes I'll just bear the insomnia and stay in bed and chill and think or pretend to sleep.
