Post the media using nostr.build then share. They're nostr native and have the ability to share directly to Nostr built in.
I know there's flare.pub but does that show up in all clients or do you have to repost it?

I have looked at flare.pub, but haven't used it. I believe nostr.build posts to the relays you have configured.
The files are hosted on nostr.build, you can post them anywhere that uses URL media links.
