I’ve always liked the idea of pecan pie but I hate that the middle is usually all palm oil, high fructose corn syrup and god knows what else, and the top with the pecans is the only good part.

I think the ultimate pecan pie would be a pie crust filled with @oshi #hodlbutter with pecans on top. I could eat that for a meal once a day.
