Today I noticed the board of the economic development board is old and will likely only move in theirs interests.
Plan on observing more, just so they know someone is watching. And to plot how to facilitate my own adgendas over their own.
Yes. I'm like Duncan and have no use for govt. Except to push back. We locally did a full year of push back vs. MUSK BACKUP BATTERY FACILITY WITH LITHIUM SURE TO BURN storage, and we won. A hard fight against impossible odds. Local politicos will do what's right if they feel enough pain.
Reminds me of the first school board meeting we attended- you look at the person next to you and wonder “am I crazy? Are you seeing what I’m seeing here?” It’s a frustrating clown show, but you realize it wouldn’t take much to overwhelm them and change direction.
