Here's an example of a relay that uses artificial artificial intelligence (i.e. human intelligence) to build a curated feed of potentially interesting notes: https://relays.land/spatianostra

You can probably access its feed by clicking on wss://relays.land/spatianostra if your client supports relay feeds, or use Jumble: https://jumble.social/?r=relays.land/spatianostra

If you have a good idea of a relay that could be created like this to yield an interesting diverse feed please let me know.

Or if you have any other crazy idea of relays that can yield other types of interesting feeds.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but a feed of just reposted replies could be interesting since some person thought a reply was good enough to bring it to the surface. It would probably be a wild mix of funny and informative notes. I haven't thought through how/where those might be collected. A subset of npubs would probably be too slow. Maybe reposted replies from big relays? I don't know.

Did I do this correctly? Getting error message.

It's wss://relays.land/spatianostra but if your client doesn't support showing individual relay feeds yet, connecting to it won't make any difference. If you want to explore the feed to see what a community-curated feed looks like, just click on the Jumble link. It will take you right to it.

This has been neat because a couple people have been able to coordinate to try to create a general feel for the feed. (With the way that these voter shares were set at start.) By the time it reaches a need for mimimum 3-voter consensus, the general atmosphere is pretty much set, and it can only get more diverse over time. The broader group has generally the same tastes so the feed stays close to the original intent.

Interesting

How do we vote? I feel like I am missing something

You just "like" or repost a note to vote for it.

You hold a dynamic percentage of shares, as do many others. Either action you take, counts as voting with your full percentage. A note currently has to earn 25% of the total shares from the pool to be moved to the live relay feed.
