I use chatGPT for help, for example I am building this as I go. I use this chart:

And ask the chatbot either what emotion I am feeling based on my desired response, or if identified, what the opposite emotion is. If the bot doesn't properly identify the correct opposite emotion, I correct it based on that chart. I may then ask it how can I balance with the apposing emotion. My list only contains one item so far.
