Looks delicious! What do you use for the white sauce/ lasagna sheets… assuming it is a keto/paleo lasagna?

Nah - it's a wheat bomb. Instant lasagne sheets & a standard bechamel sauce made from a rue. That's essentially what I showed my daughter. She made the meat sauce pretty much unassisted & I showed her how to make a bechamel & turn it into a lasagne. That was the second time she's ever had lasagne.

Yeah loose water fast - no calories essentially, but I still drank black coffee.
