They do. There’s a pay with Bitcoin button on the subscription page

I think they do. I haven’t tried by under the β€œadd to cart” button it says

β€œPAY IN BITCOIN

Purchase Bitcoin Magazine Issue 25 using Bitcoin! Payments are accepted at checkout via IBEX.”
