Benefits of skipping seed oils and eating lots of meat, eggs and dairy:

-Skin doesn’t burn from the sun and I’m tanner than ever.

-Hair is getting thick and shiny despite receding hairline.

-Discipline translates to other things like working out regularly and feeling fit.

-Getting an excuse to eat lots of meat 🥩
