#[5] and #[6] are talking right now about hashing the uploaded files in order to detect duplicates, or even using bech32.

Maybe you can collaborate on following the same 'standard'?

Glad to share any best practices, yes, hash titles are a must. I would actually like to do a session at #nostrica on how to build your own upload server.

Worth thinking about. I'll be resizing and compressing the files before sending them for storage to reduce costs and bandwidth. At first the service will be free while in beta, but eventually I'll have a paid version of the client that includes image and video upload and Storage. Got to cover the costs.
