I'm guessing XRP (that has been confiscated) will be included in the digital assets stockpile, but it's nice to see that the government isn't planning on purchasing additional amounts whereas they are planning on doing so with bitcoin. It's a nice distinction.

The XRP army is actually a XRP bot farm. Many of the bots farms are being de-funded through recent events like the USAID. More de-funding is coming.
