PSA on wine storage.
If you're not storing Peony Lane in a cellar or wine fridge, you shouldn't be storing it long term.
Wine that is unfiltered, unfined and has low sulfites is way better for you, but needs to be treated well.
Drink up. HIGHER. 🤝🍷

So deep in my closet, in a box is not the play? Don't have a cellar 🫠
Not for long term it seems.
Define long term, I'm not drinking all 9 of these bottles anytime soon lol
I'm still educating myself on this subject as all my wine is obvs stored in a cellar so I don't have a specific answer.
What is say is that aging wine improperly means holding a depreciating asset. It's not getting better with age if not treated well
How about short term? Is 35c too hot for wine to sit at for a week or two?
I live in a hot country and am now wondering if I'm doing it all wrong.
