My daughter wanted to practice for her spelling test on the iPad, but it kept suggesting her the correct spelling with autocorrect.
So she had to switch to pen and paper.
You know, the tools of the future.

My 7 year old has so much trouble focusing on writing because of technology. And he hasn't even really been a tablet kid.
Right?
It makes you wonder though, the relevance of these skills.
Even topography and basic math.
These skills had mayor relevance when we didn’t cary super computers in our pockets.
But now? I’m not so sure.
Nah, I want my kid to be able to write. We may not always have these computers in our pockets. Writing is not a lost art.
You’re right.
If anything, it’s a tradition that I cherish. Being able to write with pen on paper. And there’s also a certain honor in being able to spell.
But these skills might fall into the same category as being able to drive a stick shift soon.
probably the food is contributing too
i bet if you dig up the stats it turns out that type 2 diabetes and AD/HD have a common and big demographic segment
i prefer to call it "fiat food intolerance"
