One of the dumbest arguments against low carb eating is the need for "metabolic flexibility." Low carb eating is the ONLY path to metabolic flexibility. People who eat sugar all day lose the ability to use fat for fuel.

Even on a zero carb diet, your body produces glucose.

I’ve always found carb cycling does best for me. Also really depends on what type of carbs you are consuming
