There is a term for this I'm blanking on. I know most, if not all marketing is meant to target predictable emotional responses, so they might as well capitalize on it, it begins to solidify the echo chamber unfortunately by building "safe spaces" protected from criticism. Although I suppose this one reason is why targeted adverts work well, most are unlikely see the contradicting adverts.
I was kind of waiting for the exact opposite "ads" for nostr at some point, but we have no corpo marking team.
