Half of you may unfollow me for saying this...

🤷 Here it goes....

Everything is a energy and vibration. And all is mental on this plane.

And when it comes to what we eat, dead animal is quite low on the scale, in terms of vibration. Down there with processed stuff that we all know is junk. The worse the animal was treated, the worse the food the will yield.

All the macros stuff you have been led to believe is nonsense. It's made up, more fiat science.

Consider there are many fist scientists shilling many ways to live. And new trends every year.

The only way to find truth is to go within. No one can tell you what is right for you.

Our higher connection to what we consume is the one we form ourselves using our own intuition and feelimg our bodies. Not the ones we are told is right by an outside source.

I was on the "carnivore diet" for about a year back in 2020. It was great for me at the time. It helped me lose a lot of weight I was caring. Like cleans like.

I have eaten many ways - many types of fasting, raw, vegan, meat only, etc.

I went through a transformation

Now I eat what feels right and I aim to raise my vibration

And meat isn't it.

I don't expect for you to take my word for it. But maybe I can get at least one of you to take a look at consumption through a different lense.

Food is a journey. And I am not saying what is right for you or anyone else. I have no idea what is best for you. I am saying...

Its all a energy and vibration. When we are tapped in, we can feel this all on our own.

Nikola Tesla is someone worth checking out. He said-

"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration."

And I think he was on to something..

Just my 2 sats. If these ideas sound interesting to you I am happy to talk more about it. Reach out.

Have fun on Mount Everest 🤷🏼 (please do not try to climb it on a vegan diet, we already found out what that looks like).

I am desert creature. There are plenty of athletes who eat vegan. Will you look into it?

I don't pander to diets and demographics.

I've always eaten healthily. And home cooked. Meat + veggies. And wide array of either.

I did look into athlete vegans. They tried to make a documentary on climbing mount everest while being vegan. Didn't end well, the funding for the documentary got stripped. Most of its existence on the internet for wiped. The finale was not for everyone

Me neither. I am not a "vegan". I eat what I am called to eat. There are many high level athletes that refrain from meat though. That documentary doesn't mean much.

All I know is my meat makes me a better lover. 🫠

Interesting. Never heard that. What makes a good lover?

For one thing meat is more malleable and pleasurable than being jabbed with a thin carrot.

Although, I'm sure there is a demographic for everything.

In my experience, they always let you know 😉 ⬇️

Is that a dick joke? Really?

vegans are fucking retarded 🔥

Great point.

This is an interesting topic. Many are turning away from the hard-core veggie lifestyle and embracing meat to its fullest.

Popular diet trends are on a pendulum that never settles.

I think it's important that each of us finds what's right for them. If we could all calm our minds and focus on how our bodies feel after each meal, we could all figure out what works best without a need for trends and 'science'. Etc.

It doesn't have to be 1 or the other (meat or veggies).

We are omnivores. Shrug 🤷‍♂️

I agree. Food is a journey. And everyone's journey looks different. I eat meat sometimes if i feel called. I'm not a "vegan". I just recognize what food does to my energy field. Most have no idea this is a thing.

It's called dosha and everybody is different

I agree. Everyone is different. what is dosha?

Dosha is an Indian concept that tells people what type of food people should is best for the individual. what goes better with certain peoples makeup. Also see ayurvedic medicine

My wife is a yogie. I just wanted to see what you had to say about it. Not everyone is on my journey. I acknowledge that. This isn't judgement..

Its not called anything. Words are all made up. Are you just telling me I am using the "wrong word"?

you sound vaccinated and low T. definitely the first bitch I found on this platform.

👏

dead food is dead food.

whether its meat or vegetable.

there isn't anything inherently "lower vibration" about meat. its just strong, dense medicine.

some people don't need that medicine, some people do.

its not really possible to make sweeping claims about human diet.

I agree that everyone needs different medecine at different times. I can't say what is right for anyone else.

At what moment does an apple die? How about a cow? Which is closer to the sun or source?

yeah

plants do a simple conversion of simple energy into simple matter.

animals do a complex conversion of complex energy and into complex matter,

resulting in a more nutrient dense thing.

theres a reason Sujarta gave Guatama a bowl of milk and not a banana.

I am only speaking about my experience. Everyone should eat whatever they want.

clearly

There's this trick that makes food better for you... Be grateful when you eat it. Thank God or thank something else... It works. You will feel more vitality, energetic fecundity, after eating with gratitude.

I agree. I often say, what we believe about what we xo some is more important than what we think.

And our prayers of gratitude definitely change the food for the better energetically.

Great topic. Earlier today, I was thinking about how these diets are literally a luxury. Being able to pick and choose your foods based on your preference is a privilege. I’ve been to many places with extreme poverty and those people were just happy to eat…anything viable. Just white rice and fish for the day. I’m sure they wouldn’t turn down a burger from McDonald’s or just eat vegetables for the week. It’s very eye opening. I’ve personally been humbled by the experience. To me, food is food. Eat it to survive.

I am very grateful I have many options in what I eat.

🫶 I met someone last week that told me she and her kids went looking in garbage bins for food to eat. She felt so much shame. I also met another guy last week who was ok with eating food that people didn’t finish. Instead of throwing it away, he was ok with taking the scraps and eating it. I share these stories because a vegan diet or carnivore diet means nothing to them. They’re hungry.

I will eat anything. I am like a garbage dislosal. Wasting food seems wrong. Eating meat that would have gone uneaten is transmuting energy in my view. It's not about the thing. It's about intention. Energy can shift with intention.

Understood. I’m just sharing experiences. To them, it’s satisfying an empty stomach whether it’s meat or vegetables.

I don’t judge anyone’s intentions. I don’t knock anyone’s diet, preferences, or choices. I can understand being hungry and simply seeing food as food as a way to survive.

I appreciate the dialogue and conversation. 🫂

I agree and understand what you are saying. My heart goes out to those who are in need that way. I couldn't even imagine.

Nice to meet you 🫂

Thx for your post. I‘m not unfollowing you 😉 In fact, you‘re completely right. The Kybalion is a good start for anyone wanting to go into this, as is Neville Goddard. And there are many more ppl to check out & read! It all comes together once one combines the different aspects of this & then it will transform one‘s life for the better. But be prepared: it’s quite the rabbit hole! Take care & stay safe 🫂💜🧡

For me it was more intuitive. I don't really read books. But what I have been exposed to in regards to the kybalion has made a lot of sense to me.

MEAT AND PROCESSED FOODS ARE ABOUT EQUAL IN YOUR EYES. YOUR PREMISE IS RIDICULOUS

Not equal at all. Different energies. Every single interaction with food is different. There are infinite variables. What would you say is my premise?

YEAH YOUR PREMISE IS 'MEAT BAD'

I DIDNT SAY EQUAL, I SAID ABOUT EQUAL. YOU SAID MEAT AND PROCESSED FOODS ARE 'DOWN THEIR' TOGETHER. WHAT DID I MISS

Vegetarianism/veganism aren’t a fad diet. At least not for everyone. Look at how many people choose to avoid meat for religious purposes - Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, Rastafari…

I’m not saying this is the path for everyone, but when this many people choose to cut out meat for spiritual reasons there must be something behind it.

Of course this is also my personal experience. Meat is denser. A vegetarian diet is more attuned to spiritual elevation. That is the vibration I feel, as you said in your post
