when you post to damus you are actually posting to nostr.. try a different client like primal or iris or yakihonne

Yes. You can also buy Primal Premium too. Hosting videos costs money. So Primal and Nostr.build only allow limited video uploads with basic accounts. You can also host your own media on your own server too.
