I used to get horrible uterine pain for decades. I think it's been 5 years since I haven't had that. I'll have to rack my brain through the very long list of lifestyle changes I've implemented to remind me what could have been what resolved it for me.

Berberine was something I never had a chance to try, but I do remember being told to add it to my bag of potions as I have PCOS & I was told it helped with multiple symptoms from that.
