notifications don't work in nostr
can anyone explain to me why I don't get any notifications from nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg or nostr:npub1nz64zngcqm8vj8nhrdkcjpfwn2rcaqysnxec88tqfclp5afrpglsqm0w5y?
I have everything turned on but they just seem to never trigger.
