The meme is a joke about about the Supreme Leader being more bark than bite. Which the world has just witnessed to be true.

How is it that a joke about the Supreme Leader make you think I'm talking about 2 billion muslims when he doesn't even represent every Shia?

How so? The Supreme Leader talks a big game, but in these last two weeks the world has seen that Iran has no air force, no air defence systems, no army to fight, no counter intelligence service, no functioning nuclear deterrence.

All they have is modified Scud missiles and drones.
