1) use seedxor, give one seed to heir, one seed to lawyer
2) use strong passphrase, give seed to heir, give passphrase to lawyer
2) is best case I’ve seen. If heir is kids (in case accident happened to you and spouse) it gets trickier. Haven’t seen a good proposal anywhere to that end to date.
