you're a twig man. Getting to 180 would take you no effort at all. you can literally do any bullshit program and eat garbage and you'll get bigger, and you'll be happy you did. Being weak isn't fun. You'll also be a LOT better at bjj.

You did real good losing it all now it's time to switch gears. That's exactly how I went about it. I went from 220 to 170 and my homie was like "you're there bro, anymore and you're anorexic" I switched it up then and there.
