Honestly, I hope I never have to suffer the fallout of one of those nukings. It's like seeing how disappointed your father is without him having to say a word. It just hits different.

Thank you Mr.Kratter for all the work you do in making Bitcoin educational content! You are a gem!

The old

"tell me who owns this random utxo" ๐Ÿ™„

it is disingenuous and irresponsible to dismiss privacy concerns in this fashion.

a rando on the internet that cant establish ownership isn't a win.

we are concerned about dragnet surveillance and Chainanalysis, which you admit are problems but I guess you just don't see the problem?

likewise dismissing fungibility concerns with "oh well someone will take that utxo."

simultaneously admitting to Bitcoins lack of fungibility and the commensurate problems

but also assuring your audience it isn't a problem.

I guess its not a problem if you're a rule abiding normie.

But the entire point of Bitcoin was to disintermediate the banks. You are not acknowledging the risks involved in *actually doing* that disintermediation.

I notice whenever privacy comes up Bitcoin maxis at some point always deflect and shift the goalpost to "Store of Value" irrelevantly.

Bitcoin is a transparent blockchain it has no privacy. You're conflating anonymity and privacy. Lack of privacy is weak spot that can be used to potentially unravel your anonymity. Having both would be ideal.
