Cause after it's stops being slower, it's faster.

There is an investment to get there though, NGL.

And for what use case? Note taking or coding only?

My context for every editor is coding. I tend to think in structures that easily lend themselves to bulleted lists when note-taking, so I just use OneNote.

vim is not an editor, but an editing language. I use it for everything.

It requires a lot of patience and willingness to live in a shitty world in which you can't do anything fast enough for a while.

It keeps your hands on the keyboard and gives you a ton of power when editing without resorting to modifier key hell.

Think I want to experience that. Just feels looong to start feeling it's power

There is a learning curve. But it feels so good when it clicks.
