Looking for Lightning #techSupport for #LND node: I'm having a hardware problem and cooperative-closing channels before I take it offline for long-term. If I was able to send my on-chain transaction for closing, is it now OK for LND node to go down? In other words, does LND need to be interactive during cooperative channel closing? Or was it enough to just emerge and send my on-chain transaction, and now safe to temporarily die again.

Once the transactions are broadcast to the network (as long as they remain in the mempool and don’t get purged), that should be sufficient. As the closing transactions confirm the funds will become available in your onchain wallet. You would need to get the node back online at least temporarily to move those funds to a new address -or- else use the seed to restore the wallet to a new device and then move funds.
