It’s true that I need to reflect more on this; my suffering is real, and I completely agree with you that a relationship with Jesus will save me from this pain, as long as I strengthen that connection. However, we can't ignore what's happening around us. For example, I personally am very sensitive to the language of hatred. If someone touches my heart with such words, I can't stay silent. But I believe that connecting with Jesus is equivalent to alleviating pain from the soul and body.

However, if there are people who constantly repeat that gay individuals are unworthy of God, what should I think? Do you believe that my doubts and lack of self-confidence will persist? I see myself as unworthy of Jesus simply because I am homosexual.

You should ignore them and read scripture to know what GOD says about the people he sent his son to save.

We are all unworthy of the sacrifice Jesus made but that’s what’s so beautiful about his grace. He did it anyway. He conquered the grave and the enemy so you could go to your creator with your problems and know he loves you. That’s the only opinion that matters. Trust in his word, trust in him and things will work out for you how they’re supposed to.

Anyone that’s putting energy in judging you or lying to you to keep you from the truth isn’t someone you should be paying attention to anyway. Random people without a heaven or hell to put you in don’t matter. The Old Testament says a lot about a lot but Jesus also fulfilled the covenant of the Old Testament so your salvation is between you and GOD. Everybody on earth still has work to do.

There’s a bible study on corny chat every Tuesday at 830 EST. You should stop in to listen! You don’t have to chat if you don’t want but it’s a great place to learn about the Bible and how different people relate to scripture. There are knowledgeable people there who are kind and helpful.

Your actions make you unworthy of god. Your actions are a direct affront to him. You can change, but you won’t.

You’re talking about sin in general. It’s so weak and lazy to push that off on a single person to shoot down at them. Eew.

No. I’m talking about the very specific sin of homosexuality which is what they’re most proud of.

We need to bring shame back

Back in the day people at least knew what they were doing was wrong and they were ashamed. Now they are proud of it. Gonna go the way of sodom and gomorrah

I’m doing my part Dre. I’m doing my part.

I see you

There is no fear of God.

This is absolutely true.

Shame is a powerful impetus to self-improvement 💪
