People are lazy. They rather hear the good news via a person, instead of just opening The Bible and read it. Shameful.
I can't really talk about lazy lol, I do read the Bible but I have a long way to go, that is one of my weaknesses myself is lazy when it comes to certain things. I also feel I am tired though so I have a little excuse but I could do better.
I mean, what if they misinterpret the bible? Is God going to come down from heaven to correct their interpretation of what it means to turn the other cheek? Or to explain why he talked with prostitutes?
Atheists especially tend to misinterpret the bible even when it's opened up in front of them. I think the dialogue is good, even if it's not perfect for understanding the finer details of Christianity, at least it can give you an understanding the beliefs of the Christians around you.
