Rest

never 😏

Rest is a big part of lifting weights

This is my weakness.

All the gains happen during the rest 🫡

I learned the hard way.

Injury?

Injury only in BJJ training 6x per week, but mostly because I work a lot and I train a lot as well. I have to train so that I can work due to stress management, safety and performance. I also like writing notes here so when do have an opportunity to rest lol 😁
